Error when scanning document and converting to PDF

Hi Gurus,

I was using a newly installed CanonScan Lide 20 to scan documents and convert them to PDF. 

However, I suddenly got this error message about a missing rmslanctc.dll file (see screenshot below) in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Adobe Acrobat: Acrobat.exe – System Error

The program can’t start because rmslanctc.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I had lots of documents to scan and I didn’t know what to do to repair the error. 

Any advice on how to fix the error?

Hi,

 

You just simply try this one repair the current to do this choose help and then just simply repair acrobat installation or  repair reader installation to repair the error from the system and then if it’s not work at all try this one remove all the previous version from the software  and then try to reinstall again from your system to this just follow this if you're using windows 7 just simply go to the start click on that and then go to the control panel just click on that select the programs and then select programs and features try that if it work at all.
