Error When Opening Or Running GIMP

I have used Gimp to develop some of my projects including orbitingeden.com. I have used this tool for quite some time now and been very familiar with it already. Unfortunately, I started to experience abnormalities using the tool when I aborted a certain process using Task Manager to forcefully end Gimp. After the computer was restarted, when I opened Gimp, it would not load up. I tried to uninstall Gimp and install it back again. I also tried manually removing all the files associated with it, but still it would not load up. Everything else is working fine except for Gimp. Even the error logs do not show anything. I get this error when opening the console for Gimp that runs on verbose "INIT: gimp_load_config

Parsing 'I:Documents and Settingsevan.gimp-2.6unitrc'

Parsing 'I:Program FilesGIMP-2.0etcgimp2.0gimprc'

Parsing 'I:Documents and Settingsevan.gimp-2.6gimprc'

gimp-composite" use=yes, verbose=no

Processor instruction sets: +mmx +sse +sse2 +3dnow -altivec -vis

Adding them 'Default' (I:Program FilesGIMP-2.0sharegimp2.0themesDefault)"

First you must delete xsane and reinstall it then cancel your local configuration for gimp
By moving the gimp directory after that you must use the debug handler to check if everything is all right
Start gimp in verbose mode by using the option –verbose
It’s mandatory that you delete xsane before you do anything
