I’m having a Business Server (2003), which is running on VMWare. I’m having an unknown error message when trying to move email from one user’s mailbox to another public folder.
We are currently using the SBS exchange function.
What should be done in this situation?
Please help me. Thanks.
Error when move email from one user’s mailbox to public folder.
It would be nice if you post the screen shot of the error as it will identify the first step in tackling the problem. However I will tell you some basic steps to solve the problem.

The emails that you are trying to send are causing the error.

First copy the emails to a secure location that is not accessible to anyone except you.

Now setup the new site with the second server where you want to send the copy of the emails.

After setting up, use the new site instead of the previous one to transfer all the things.

This way you will only have to use a new server or site but having the full functionality of it is greater than its cost.
