Error when installing Perfect Image

I just purchased Perfect Image and want to install it in my computer.

However when I install it the processor says type not supported. What does this mean?

I am using an AMD processor; do I need to have another version of it to make it run?

What do you think guys?

Error when installing Perfect Image

Perfect Image fully supports AMD processors. Actually the problem lies elsewhere. This error message is showing because you have installed the 64-Bit version of the software on your 32-Bit processor machine or vice versa.

So all you have to do is install the appropriate version of Perfect Image.

If you have purchased the software online, go to the confirmation mail sent from the Perfect Image’s producer (Avanquest) and follow the link that lets you download the other version.

Now Perfect Image will work smoothly in your pc

Error when installing Perfect Image

Hi,
 
Perfect Image version 12 platform is Windows XP Windows Vista (32 and 64 bit) and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit).
 
Since this is a system requirement of Perfect Image it may be possible that your copy is for Windows only.
 
Contact the store where you bought it and you may have I exchanged.
