Hi,

I am having trouble using BAT.xlt in Office 2010 64-bit. I got the following error message after opening the BAT.xlt file from CUCM 8.0 (3). Do I need to run in 32-bit version?

I want suggestion related to this issue.

Please help me to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance.

Microsoft has developed 64 bit office 2010 to handle data file larger than 2 GB. But CISCO did not changed it file accordingly. There are many compatibility issues among 32 bit and 64 bit.. In fact there is no solution to this without returning back to 32 bit or waiting for CISCO when they release 64 compatible version.
