Recently, I received this error message when I attempt to upgrade MS Dynamics GP to 2010 R2 from GP 2010 SP1. I have an access with Field Service processes and also this error incurs when logging off to GP. How can I correct this? Please help.

Hi George,

Below is the solution that you need to be able to solve your problem regarding MS Dynamics GP:

  • Log off all users from GP environment
  • Launch GP and open visual basic editor
  • Open field service VBA project
  • Make an edit (example: add comment)
  • Open reference wizard
  • Unselect all references and select it back
  • Compile the entire project to check if you get any error message
  • Save VBA project
  • Log off from GP
