I get the following error message whenever I try to update my Citi Cards account:
“Citi Cards (654654654681644684651864616846)
Quicken was not able to complete your request.
I cannot get rid of the error message. It stayed there for like seven days already. Is it going to stay there forever? Help me if someone has got any idea on how to fix this. Thanks.

For solving the problem of error message in the Quicken "One Step Update Summary"
You should to Complete a successful download from the financial institution that has error message.
If that financial institution is downloading invalid information, they had have to correct that for the download to succeed.
You could try deactivating, then reactivating the account for downloading.
And while the account is deactivated, you could try clearing the Account Number and Customer ID fields ("General" tab).Backup first.
