Error in Uninstalling Revo Uninstaller Pro

Hi everyone! I keep on receiving this message whenever I try to remove Revo Uninstaller Pro. When I first tried to launch the program, it said that there was a spyware, so I opened it on quarantine.

Now I want to remove this program, but I always get the error shown above.

Error

Unable to create a temporary file. Set up aborted.

Error 5: Access is denied.

I don’t know why it needs to make a temporary file when I’m trying to remove the program.

Any suggestions or ideas? Feel free to post a comment below.

Thanks a lot.

Whenever you're getting a system 5 error, that means that you are denied access to some files or programs. You said you quarantined the program, so depending on what application you used to set it to quarantine, there may be different ways to remove it. I assume from the snapshot above that you were trying to remove the application from Add/remove programs. what you can try to do is use the anti-virus software that you used to quarantine the program, I know that in these applications you can actually see what programs have been quarantined. Try to delete or remove the application using that security software. You should be able to remove it then. Hope that helps!
