The error I posted below incurs when creating Team Project in Visual Studio 11.

It seems like I do not have permissions on creating a new project.

Try checking if you have a good internet connection. Try browsing some websites with your browser. If all seems well, try connecting to the Team Foundation Server.

If you still can’t connect to the server, try contacting the server administrator to kindly check if you still have permissions to the server.

It is possible that some of your rights to the server got accidentally disabled that’s why Microsoft Visual Studio 11 can not send its queries to the server.

You may also try uninstalling then reinstalling Microsoft Visual Studio to restore its settings back to factory default.

After reinstalling it, try creating a project again and see if it can connect now to the server. You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors.

Use a disk utility application to check the system.
