When i run Backup Exec 10.0 on my NT server it gives me the following errors. Error starting the service Backup Exec Agent Browser" The service did not start due to a logon failure. Error starting the service Backup Exec Device & Media Services.Error starting the service Backup Exec: Server.
The dependence service or group failed to start. Error starting the service Backup Exec: Job Engine. The dependence service or group failed to start

Error Starting The Service Backup Exec
To through away this error take an action like these steps. First of all stop the SQL(backup exec) services from the Windows Services console. Then navigate to C:Program FilesSymantecBackup Exec. After it take the backup of the Data folder and start the SQL(backup exec)service. Now again navigate to C:Program FilesSymantecBackup Exec and load the "beutility.exe" So please left click on All media servers on the Left Pane and Right click on the Media server on the Right Pane and click on "Recover Database". Then check the Middle check box that read "Drop Existing Database and reload from backup". At last click on ok and let the services to reboot, this should be start the device and media service.
