Hello,

Recently I made an update to my Windows 7 and today this error appeared. I don’t know how to fix this and a friend recommended to install and run a DLL fixer. I don’t know what to say about this and that’s why I would like to ask you first for a solution. Should I install and run a DLL fixer on my laptop ? Can you offer me an alternative solution that will work 100% ?

Thank you !

Problems with .dll files are usually indicative of bigger, much more serious problems which are not apparent at first. As such, using a "DLL Fixer" in not recommended – in the best case scenario, it will only fix the symptoms without fixing the cause. The best solution is to:

1. Uninstall iTunes and Apple Application Support.

2. Delete its folder in the "Program FIles (x86)".

3. Download the latest version of iTunes.

4. Disconnect your internet and restart your computer.

5. When the computer starts up, turn off all security software (antivirus, firewall etc)

6. Reinstall iTunes.

When it's finished, re-enable security software. Your problem should now be fixed.
