Error shown while using Installshield 2012 Express

Hello,

While using Installshield 2012 Express, I get an error often.

This is so annoying because whenever I close one of the programs I am using, I get the following message.

ixlev.exe - application Error

ixlev.exe – Application Error

The instruction at "0x6531d3d3" referenced memory "0x07dec930".The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

                                                                                   OK

I am using Windows XP Pro SP3. Any ideas how I can solve this?

Hello Darnell,

That must be a bug in the Installshield 2012 express program that you are using and therefore you might want to consider submitting a bug report directly to the Installshield software Corporation. The developers of the application will have the task of making sure that the bug is fixed and then later then make sure you ask for feedback so that you can know when the application if working well.

You can submit the bug report to installshield software Corp here. Note that you will not need a support program for this. Once the bug has been fixed you should be able to use the program properly.
