Hello experts,

I set up AutoCAD 2010 in my PC. I have seen that VBA is not added on the DVD. When I try to start VBAIDE or try to load DVB file, I find the following error:

Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications software (VBA) is no longer installed with AutoCAD. For more information and free download visit:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/downloads/caas/downloads/content/download-the-microsoft-vba-module-for-autocad.html

I need your help to solve this. Please help.

Thanks.

Hi Pincher,

The reason you are welcoming by the attached error dialog box is because Microsoft has decided not to support Microsoft Visual Basic thereafter with AutoCAD. Further, they have also not designed a version to support 64bit machine. You may get further and authenticated information over the address mentioned in the dialog box.

Hey Mike,

The first thing you have to do is, go to Autocad’s website and download the file compatible to your PC.

Then:

1. Close all your programs.

2. Double Click the downloaded self-extracting file I mentioned above.

3. Unzip it to the location of your choice and follow the instruction.
