Hi,
I'm a newbie to this forum. If this topic is in the wrong place, I apologize.
Editor.dll is causing me a whole load of grief. I am trying to install a patch to upgrade to v1.02, but the system tells me that there is an error and shows me the following message:
"Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match"
I want to install “Rendroc's Warzone” for which, I need an update. Nothing is there in the game's folder and everything is set to standard. I am using v.1.0.0.0. I apologize for my English, as it's not my first language! Here is a screenshot. Thank you.

The best solution for this error is to uninstall the game then install it again. It happened also to me and I had to re-install it just to work. Then it works. You have to make sure that the old installation folder deleted before to install it again. Normally the name of the folder in program installation is the name of the game, so just delete that folder which is located in C:\Program Files\Game Folder Name\. Don’t worry if you think that you will loose your saved game. They will not be deleted because the saved games are stored MyDocuments/Game folder.
