Hello Nimrod,

The best and recommended place you can get drivers is from the manufacturer’s website. And therefore you will need to ensure that you are getting the Intel drivers from the Intel website.

Another workaround you should try to resolve that issue is the following:

  • First, you will need to try booting your computer into Safe Mode.
  • In case it will boot into Safe Mode, then it means that the driver is simply corrupted.
  • You will therefore need to uninstall the video drivers, and then reboot the computer, and after that install the drivers from Intel. But if it won't boot into Safe Mode, then there could be other issues. For instance Windows could be corrupted, or there may be a hardware issue.

Regards,

Carl

Hi,

I think the driver software you tried to install is not compatible with your operating system.

At first, check the “System Properties” and find out the system type. Is it 32-bit or 64- bit?

Now, check the HD Driver software version’s compatibility with your operating system type.

If the version is not compatible, than you have to download it from Internet and install it.

It the version is compatible, than you have to update your BIOS.

I hope it will solve your problem.

Thanks.
