Hi experts!
In Hot Key Manager, when the user right press a collapsed hot key class and press Remove Hot Key then NinjaTrader shows the following error:
"NinjaTrader has detected a problem and needs to shut down"
Please help to solve this. Thanks.
It seems that the application has been crashed or some files might have corruppted.It is better for you contacting Ninja trader support team.To contact and send them the original problem just follow the attached snapshot here.A automatic mail will be sent to them with the certain issues i.e the mail will contain attached file from your application those are corrupted or crashed.
The support team will analyze the files and find out the cause.Then they will fix the files and will send back the files.I hope it may work for you.See attachment below and click ok .
