I love to play computer games on my PC which has OS Windows XP. I have installed a new game. It was installed successfully but when I try to start the game, it displays an error related to OpenGL Acceleration for Windows. How should I resolve this?
Error related to OpenGL Acceleration for Windows
Without the error that your OpenGL is showing you I cannot be much more specific, but I will do my best. OpenGL can have many reasons to throw you an error. The most common reasons could be due to old drivers. You should upgrade your drivers to the latest version of your graphic card and it might fix your issue. Also I would suggest that you download the latest version of Direct X to avoid future problems. One more thing to have in mind is to check if your graphics card is supported by the game you are trying to run. Some old graphic cards which are not that powerful can't run certain new games.
