Error in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Installation

I am stuck with an error which I cannot resolve. I hope someone can help me with it. I was trying to install Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server since I am using VMware software. All directories and drives were fully formatted before the installation but as soon as the installation started, a blue screen along with a dialog box appeared saying that:

The Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server installation tree in that directory does not seem to match your boot media.

Now I am not so sure if this error is because of any invalid directory or due to the installation procedure as it is a virtual installation. Please guide me on how to get rid of this error.

Thanks.

As the error indicates, the problem is being caused by wrong usage of the boot media. In case you have the setup application on a CD, then you will need to make sure that you are booting the computer from the CD so that the setup application can be installed. Do that for any other media.

That is why the error message is telling you about a wrong directory, and therefore you will need to go to the BIOS settings and change the boot order so that the computer boots from a directory that has the setup application it. If the directory is a CD or DVD then you will set the BIOS to boot from that media.
