Error – Phoenix has stopped working

Dear viewers, thanks to all of you for reading this question.

I am being troubled with the following error and so I am here to seek a solution from an expert.

Phoenix has stopped working. 

Run Phoenix again and use Help > Troubleshooting to create ZIP package.

Dump file saved to

C:UserschaAppDataLocalTempPhoenixminidump.dmp

Ok

Please help.

Hi Jocelynjaimee

First you need know where you have to make changes on your computer.

There are multiple methods to solve this issue.
 
Method 1
  1. You have to boot your computer in safe mode.
  2. Check if the issue occurs.
  3. Use Advance start up options where you can eliminate default settings.
  4. These Basic device drivers and basic services can be the possibility of cause.
Method 2
  1. You have to perform a clean boot.
  2. Make sure if an issue is occurring due to any third party is causing a conflict.
  3. Make sure if your troubleshooting is done.
  4. Optimize your window using windows Optimizer tool.
  5. All the bad, probihited services, files, and basic drivers will be removed.
Now Start Phoenix again and run. I am pretty sure it’ll not cause an issue again. Good Luck!
