I download all parts of Adobe Premier but It is not working properly please tell me its solution. Thanks.

The file achieve part of Adobe Premier Elements 8 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Premiere Elements 8. Please download all parts.
The problem you encountered might be because of a bug found in Adobe premiere , it mostly appeared because Adobe Premiere keeps on loading its Quicktime. Try to change carefuly
'C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Premiere Elements 3.0Plug-insen_USCompilerQuicktime.prm'
Into this one:
'C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Premiere Elements 3.0Plug-insen_USzCompilerQuicktime.prm'
Take note of this: CompilerQuicktime.prmshould be changed into this zCompilerQuicktime.prm

You might have installed your Adobe Premiere Element on a wrong way. Deleting and reinstalling can solve your difficulty. Take not that save all your projects to a certain folders or location before removing it.
Start Deleting Your Premiere elements by going to “Start” then “Control Panel” Click twice the “Add or Remove Programs” search the account for “Adobe Premiere Elements version number” then select “Remove”
And then the directions to erase your application will be display on your monitor, just simply do the steps.
Then go back to “My Computer” and erase all “Adobe premiere elements files and folders, you’ll find it here: C:Program FilesAdobe folder. After removing your Premiere elements don’t forget to clear out your “Recycle Bin”
Now press the restart button of your computer.
After removing the Adobe Premiere elements reinstall it by doing the following: Once you injected your Adobe Premier elements dvd into dvd driver, manually open the “Start” then “My Computer” and click twice the DVD Drive. Then select the “Accept the License Agreement” then finally install the Adobe Premiere by simply doing what is shown in your monitor screen.
That’s the problem with multi-part archives, if there’s even one file missing, the entire archive cannot be unpacked because the file will not be complete. If you are installing an application from a multi-part archive, check that all parts of the archive are complete. There should not be a single file missing.
Try downloading the archive again and make sure you download the files from the first down to the last by checking the number on each file. If the archive is still incomplete even after downloading all the parts, try downloading from a different website. Once all files are downloaded, move all the files to a folder and unpack the archive there.
All parts of the archive must be placed in a single location or folder before it can be extracted successfully.
