I am not able to download call records from NBX. This is what I have tried, I have Windows XP installed on my machine and recently upgraded my browser to IE 7. Now I am getting an error message that it cannot retrieve any records.

I have downloaded the IE version to 6.0 and then I am able to download without any error message.

I am not sure what could be the problem. Please help.

Maybe your Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 is not installed properly or it’s also possible that your system has other problems that need to be checked. If you were able to accomplish your task without any problems using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 then maybe its version 7, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, is encountering other problems with your system that’s why the download seems unable to push through.

Try doing another clean installation of Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 again to restore it to its default configuration and fix any corrupted files that may have developed in the program. Uninstall Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 from your machine then restart your system when asked. Uninstalling Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 will restore Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 on your system which is normal because this is the default web browser of Microsoft Windows XP. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 again after this and then check it if it works.

You may also try upgrading your web browser to Microsoft Internet Explorer 8. Visit Microsoft’s web site to download the right version for your Windows XP’s Service Pack version.
