hi folks, I’ve been using adobe flash player portable creator to generate a flash file. While doing this when I tried to save the file in other folder it got an error. It says the application cannot be move while it is used by another program. I wonder why this happen since I already restarted my computer before doing this.

Since you are using the portable version you need to abide by certain restrictions that come with it. For example,content saving etc.
The solution is:

First, save the file by default directory.

Close adobe flash player portable.

Move the file you want to move to a different location now.

Sometimes this error can be occurs due to various reasons. And also sometimes restart does not enough. You can try this. Shutdown and start again after few minutes. Â Sometimes it will be fix the problem.
If not go to task manager by pressing Alt+ctrl+del at same time. And try to find any flash program processing on your computer. Then stop that and try again..Â
