Hello,

Sometimes, I try to copy test from a PDF document the following error message occurred on the screen. I am running Windows XP Operating System. I have tried to reinstall the program now need your assistance to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi Kyle,

This is due to conflict with the Skype add ons on the web browser like IE, Firefox and Chrome. Try to disable any kind of add ons installed on the web browser by doing the following:

  • Open We browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome)
  • Navigate Tools>Manage Add-ons>Enable or Disable Add-ons
  • From the list, select Skype and disable radio button and then select OK
  • Restart IE and OK
  • Close IE

Also, if any web browser is opened during copying files to the clipboard, kindly close all the programs and then try doing it.
