Hello Experts,

When I am in process of uninstalling the Kaspersky Internet security antivirus from my computer, I stuck up with an error message. Uninstallation progress was just started immediately I got this error. I have an idea of having AVG antivirus so I don’t need this Kaspersky. I don’t understand what the problem is about. Means I cannot uninstall? Please help.

You have to use Kaspersky removal tool in order to un-install the application properly.

At first exist from the application (The icon must be available in your taskbar). Keeping the application open and trying to remove won’t help.

Remove the application using the Setup Wizard. Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 from Program menu and then click Remove Kaspersky Internet Security. Select complete un-installation option. Wait with patience till all the files and registry gets removed. It is very important to restart the system in order to complete the uninstall process even though it might not be asked for.
