An error occurred with Hijack This

Hi tech experts,

I am facing a terrible problem; I think my system is going to crash. I am getting this below error message; Hijackthis is not fixing the problem. Is there any other option to remove the virus from my system? And at the same I need to find the root cause of this error. Even I tried the TDSSkiller to clean the PC but nothing happened, not able to detect the problem. Please help me. Thanks.

Since you are running an older version of HijackThis. So Please download the latest version of HijackThis which fixes this bug

Uninstall your current HijackThis version and remove all of its traces. Download a new HijackThis version from the official site to ensure that it is not damaged, corrupt, or tampered and to be sure that you are not using an illegal copy.

After downloading, open the ZIP file and extract it to drive C:. Then start the program and run a full scan so you can know which file should be deleted. Don't forget to remove files that you're sure not related or associated to any program or not needed anymore. If the deleted malicious files showed up again, try running HijackThis in Safe Mode and remove those malwares.
