Hello,

I am unable to install any Microsoft assembly component and getting this error message “Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {9BAE13A2-E7AF-D6C3-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT:0x80070002”. I am looking for the resolution to fix this annoying message. Help me. Thanks.

An error occurred during the installation of Vodafone assembly component

Resolution 1:

You will need to repair the Microsoft .NET Framework installation:

On your computer click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
Go to the programs list and then click Microsoft .NET Framework, and then click Change/Remove.
Click Repair, and then click Next.

Resolution 2:

You will need to clear the log.

Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt and then select "Run as Administrator" and click "Allow" for the elevation prompt.
In the command prompt, type the following command: fsutil resource setautoreset true C:, assuming the C: is the drive in which the OS is installed.
Reboot the system.
