I am using windows operating system. I want to remove mosaic web browser.I have tried uninstallation every way possible though I got failed every time.Though I have also tried rebooting my system again and again but it didn’t work as well. How to remove mosaic removal software ? I’m looking forward for your kind help. Thanks

The issue could be because you would have deleted the files before trying to uninstall from the control panel. Some of those files are therefore still on the computer and the add or remove Programs tab is therefore not able to remove them completely. The following might help:
1. Try and start the computer in Safe mode by pressing the F8 key when the computer starts ( keep pressing as soon as you press the power button) and then safe mode. There try to open the add or remove tab in control panel and try to uninstall.
2. If that does not work then in safe mode delete the files directly from C:Program FilesMosaic and then try to uninstall. This should give you a error of the program does not exist and it will automatically delete the files.
