I am using iOS 9 but an error occurred during the activation process of apps. I have given the error image so that you may help me properly. How can I fix this problem? I hope you would come up with better solution. Thanks for your cooperation.
An error occurred during activation.
An error occurred during activation
To be able to use FaceTime or iMessage on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, these apps need to be activated on your device. When activating any of these apps, you might see one of these messages:
* An error occurred during activation
* Waiting for activation
* Could not sign in, please check your network connection
* Activation unsuccessful
If you encounter an error when activating iMessage or FaceTime apps, make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network or to the internet using your phone’s data connection. For users with iPhone, you need to activate iMessage and FaceTime via text message to activate your phone number. You also need to check if your phone is set to the correct time zone.
Go to Settings, General, Date & Time, and then Time Zone. If that doesn’t work, try turning off and then restart FaceTime and iMessage. To turn off iMessage, go to Settings, Messages, and then turn off iMessage. To turn off FaceTime, go to Settings, FaceTime, and then turn off FaceTime. Once both applications have been disabled, restart your iOS device.
Next, follow the same steps to activate or turn on FaceTime and iMessage. The activation can also take up to 24 hours. If you’ve already waited more than 24 hours, first, make sure your device is running on the latest iOS version. Contact your network provider to make sure you can receive SMS messages. If the problem continues, you probably need to Contact Apple Support.
