I am running Windows XP SP2 but today I received the following error message assuming due to the Windows update for NVIDIA Geforce 7900 GS. Something is missing entry error.
Can I get the instructions to remove this error immediately?
Thanks in advance.
Error in NCPL.DLL Missing entry: NvCplRestorePersistence
Error in NVCPL on Windows XP SP2
This error basically tells you that the installation has failed. Either a file is damaged or the drivers are no up-to-date.
Please go to the link I have provided you with and upgrade your NVIDIA driver.
First you must uninstall the current one (go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program).
NVIDIA Driver Downloads
Second of all, download the software DLL Fixer and run a full scan on your computer. It will fix all .dll errors and your graphic card will work just fine.
