Hi friends,

Hi,

This error is generated due to wrong settings of SSL or no settings at all. My server requires authentication tab must be checked.

  1. Go to Tools and press Accounts.
  2. New windows will open for you.
  3. Now press Properties.
  4. Go to Advanced tab check SSL options in SMTP and pop.

If you want a copy of message on the serve you can leave this checked otherwise just uncheck this option.
