Error: Navisworks 2013 has stopped working

I have recently set up a  Primavera DSN data source to add directly to Navisworks timeliner.

But when I try to add the DNS I get the following error as soon as I press ok.

Why Navisworks 2013 is crashing every time.

Please help me to fix this.

Navisworks has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Hello Halton,

To resolve the issue that you are getting, you will need to follow the simple procedure that follows:

  • Go to the options editor in  the start menu of you computer and then choose All Programs.
  • After that click on AutoDesk, and the choose Navisworks manage 2012.
  • You will need to turn off open GL by going to the display drivers setting.
  • Once you have done the above, try running Navisworks again and see if it will execute successfully.

You can as well try running CCleaner on your computer and then use it to fix all registry entry problems that may be causing the error that you are getting right now.
