Hello,

 

I received the following error message constantly when I was scheduling a live meeting for one of my training sessions using Microsoft Office. I never faced this type of error before, and I could not solve this problem searching online for a long time. I hope you can fix this issue so provide the assistance.

Hi Emerson,
This error occurs because the default calendar form on the user calendar is set incorrectly.
Follow the steps below to resolve the error:
1) Open the 'Calendar View' on the users outlook client
2) Click 'File', Click 'Folder', Click 'Properties For Calendar'
3) Set the value of the 'When posting to this folder, use to 'IPM.Appointment'
4) Restart the Outlook client on the other users computer
