You did not include in your post the operating system you are using on your computer so we can assess the compatibility of your system with the application. Since I think you are still on the process of installing Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 and the application is not yet installed on your computer, try restarting your system then try installing it again.

Restart the installation after booting the computer. Since you are already having problems installing the program, let’s check if your machine is compatible running the software. You can install Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 if your computer is running on Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 with MSXML 6.0, Windows Server 2008, Windows XP 32-bit Service Pack 3, Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Windows 7, or later 32-bit and 64-bit platforms.

To know the rest of the specifications, please visit Microsoft Office 2010 system requirements. If you wish to download its installer again, you may visit HOME AND BUSINESS 2010. Before downloading the installer, be sure to check first if your computer is compatible to run the software.
