Digital Rights Management (DRM). DRM is a technology that lets content authors and publishers, such as record companies and movie studios, control how their digital music and video files are used and distributed. Protected digital media files cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker.

This format is not supported by windows movie maker, you may copy the protected media file to a CD, then rip the song from the CD and place back onto your computer. Now you should be able to use the song in Movie Maker.

Another option is to use a program that would remove DRM, try using tunebite and download this link http://download.cnet.com/Audials-Tunebite-Platinum/3000-2194_4-10783040.html. And install it in your PC Import your DRM protected audio or video files. Select the output audio and video formats you like.
