Error message with Windows 8 after installing it with my laptop

Hi!

I just recently updated my operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 8. For the last few days I haven’t have any issues with it. Yesterday I received and error message with “MEMORY_MANAGEMENT Error” in blue screen of death. Why this happened? What could be the possible cause of this problem? Can you give me instructions on how to resolve this issue? Can you give me alternative ways on how to eliminate this problem?

Follow these steps to solve your issue.
  • Switch to the safe mode.
  • Do a clean boot on the computer.
  • If the issue persists, try running the Memory Diagnostic Tool
    • Go to start >> control panel >> administrative tools >>  Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool >> click on “Restart now” to run the diagnosis
  • After a restart, the issue will be solved. If not, you would have to replace the memory modules and there might be driver errors as well. So, it is advisable to contact for technical assistance
