Hello,

I received an error message when I was trying to mail merge using Word 2010. When I attempted to create 2010 files using Excel 2007 files which were originally saved, the following error message appeared. Give me the solution to resolve this problem.

Hi Ramon,

 

You are having that kind of problem because of you are trying to merge different version of Microsoft. I would like you to know that Microsoft did not allow anyone to install different versions of their product on one computer specially the a lower and a higher version so I recommend you to uninstall the older version then install the same.
