Hi,

Whenever I try to load a web page on Firefox, it displays an error message on the tab bar that looks like, "frameset.aspx (GIF Image, 1x1 pixels)".

This happens for several websites, not just one in particular.

Please advice on how to fix this problem.

Hi,

I think I can solve the problem. It is related to Firewall.

Some Firewalls such as Kaspersky can block content and send 'frameset.aspx(GIF Image, 1x1 pixels).

In this regard what you have to do: Open Kaspersky, go to Protection> Firewall>Filtration System: disable the 'Banner Ad Blocker'.

Now try to use.

I think you shouldn't see the message again.

Some Internet security softwares can limit you to surf and provide random error message. This is due to the security level set. It is expected that your internet security will set a lot of restrictions rather than the usual by providing error message such as this when its security level is set to high. Please set the internet security level to moderate or Clean PC mode.
