When I ran games, my screen becomes black, the sounds of the games are continuously playing, and in the screen, "Mode Not supported" error message appears.

Do I need to change the resolution? How can I do this outside the game. Please help me, thank you?

Greetings…

Hi Yves, I have some suggestion that i hope it will help you and answer your question. As I read your problem regarding when you run your games the screen become black and message error will appear "Mode not Supported" this simply because of your video card that will happen if the required system for that games is not met. I advice to check first the game requirements before installing in your pc and also you can check the specification of your pc by opening start then go to run and type DXDIAG it will indicate the information about your pc. I advice also if you want to use a computer for game or latest games you must use the right specification for the games for example the processor must be not less than 2.4 ghrtz, your ram must be not less than 1GB and finally your video card not less than 512mb because video card it can support the graphics of your games.

I hope it will help and you can gain information to solve your problem.

Hi,

You just simply check your application if is suitable to your system or maybe the video card is supported to that games that you run in your machine and then just simply check the video card device or the DirectX features is not compatible to your games and then just simply update always the version of the drive then try to higher version for the DirectX to your system. I suggest that you just simply upgrade the video card for higher device so that you can never encounter this error again and then upgrade also the memory so that your games run perfectly simply try on that if it’s possible and then try to check the monitor if it’s plug properly or working perfectly to your machine.
