Hello,

The following error message occurred when Leap Conveyancer tried to access Microsoft Word. I really need an expert’s advice. I have installed Leap Office Add-In but the error exists. How can I remove this error? Help me to fix it immediately. Thanks in advance.

LEAP Conveyancer cannot communicate with Microsoft Word. Please make sure that the 'LEAP Office Add-In' is installed and enabled in Word.

Hi Leonard,
The error exists,even after installing the Leap Office Add In. because the settings are not applied properly to the word document.

4) In ‘Popular’ tab check that a username and password are correct
5) In the ‘Trust center’ tab select ‘Trust center settings’.Check ‘Enable all macros’ is selected and click ‘OK’
6) In ‘Add-ins’ tab select ‘Manage’->Disable Items and click go.If Leap Items are listed then enable them
7) Select Manage->Com Add-ins
