Hello,

The data have been restored to a locally remote server using InfoNet and got the following issue attached below. Do you have any idea to fix this problem? Please tell me the cause of this annoying error message so that I can fix this issue. Any assistance would be grateful. Thanks in advance.

Error from local server, fails to to commit network

The error message you are getting occurs when there is an attempt to commit changes. The software recognizes that the local copy of data is not in sync with the database as a result of the database being restored, or there could be versions that are missing from the database.

Resolution:

  • Compare the uncommitted changes by right clicking on the network and then choosing ‘compare’.
  • This will make a selection of all the changes that need to be committed in the local file.
  • After that you will need to export these to CSV File using main menu Network > Export > To CSV Files.
  • After that import the CSV files that have been created and attempt committing again.
