Error in launching the latest version of Microsoft email server

I am using the latest Microsoft operating system and email server. For some reason, my email program ceased to launch recently. I tried going to the program but the window does not appear although I am able to navigating to other functions like creating new content, access to calendar and others.

I am not getting any prompts on problems with the system and I can run it in safe mode. I did some suggestions from posts like resetting, deleting and install but none of these worked. Can you please send me steps on what I should do so that I can fully access my email account?

To resolve the issue with your email server not being able to launch, the following is what you will need to do:

  • You will need to contact the Microsoft support staff or alternatively visit the Microsoft support website specifically the section for the email server that are using and confirm the  following:

    • That the email servers are up and running.
    • That the email account password that you are using is correct, and that it  being accepted by the service providers
    • That the email account that you are using has the ability to send and receive email messages; and that it has not been deactivated.
