Error installing Office 2013 on Windows 8

Hi experts,

I am running Windows 8 Operating System and decided to install Office 2013. I downloaded the program successfully but when I attempted to install Office 2013 an error message displayed. I started the program again and tried to use the Repair option but could not fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First I would ask you to see if you have the MS office is compatible with your OS architecture by that I mean to say is that is it for x64 or for x32.If you have any other version of MS Office installed then please uninstall it and then install 2013.

Sometimes a simple restart can also solve this problem.

So I request you to please follow this procedure and check if the problem is resolved.

If not then go to

control panel->select the program->change->online repair
