Error in installing to iPad 3.

I have my new iPad 3. I wanted to install some new software in it but I can't install due to some errors. What's wrong with it? Is there any problem regarding to my new iPad 3? Can anybody help me with this?

Hi Mikee, 

First off, can you provide me screenshots of the error messages? Is it an application your trying to install on your iPad or is the iPad software version/update? Please provide me this answers first so I can assist you further with your concern. If it's just an application you're having problems installing on your iPad. Make sure you have a valid iTunes account.

(You can go to Settings > Store > Create New Account or Sign up a new account if you haven't got one yet). Then again, try the basic troubleshooting like: power off, Press the home and the power button until you see the apple logo (then let go) and try installing the software/app again on your iPad. If you can provide me a screenshot of your issue, that'll be better.
