While I try to connect to BlackBerry App World this error appeared on my screen. Is for the first time when I have this kind of error and I tried some different ways to solve this and nothing worked. Does anyone had this error before ? How can I solve this please ?

Try doing this. First, turn off your BlackBerry Smartphone. Open the back cover then remove the battery including the SIM card. Wait about five minutes then install the battery back and then the back cover but not the SIM card and then start the phone. It should display the BlackBerry ID login screen. Enter your username and password and then click Sign In.
You should receive an error after doing this because the Smartphone doesn’t have any data connectivity because the SIM card is not inserted. Turn off the phone again then open the back cover and then disconnect the battery. Insert the SIM card then place the battery back and the back cover and then start the phone.
The BlackBerry ID login screen should appear again. Login with your BlackBerry ID username and password and then click Sign In. This is how you do a hard reset on a BlackBerry Smartphone. Now check if you can already login to BlackBerry App World. Most of the issues with BlackBerry App World were fixed by doing the hard reset.
