Error with HP Remote Support Software Manager

I installed HP Remote Support Software Manager and when I try to launch it, I received an error which states the country/region is not set. I already selected the correct country from the drop down list, but still get the same message. How can I configure it without errors?

ERROR: Your country/region is not set. You must configure Remote Support Software Manager before you can use the product. Please perform configuration using the RSSWM configuration shortcut (typically “All Programs –HEWLETT-Packard-Remote Support Software Manager – Configure Remote Support Software Manager”). Exiting the program now.

Error with HP Remote Support Software Manager

Hi Taylor,

 Sometimes we got this error because it's not properly installed or there is a missing file in  the software or file that we just downloaded try to uninstalled and reinstall again the software that you just downloaded. By uninstalling this software just go to Control Panel, click the Program in the Control Panel and hit the Program and Feature and then locate the Remote Support Software Manager, right click and then click the uninstall button. The software is now deleted to your computer. And then reboot your computer and try to reinstall again the software.
