An Error has occurred with MAX 6.0

I have installed MAX 6.0 successfully. When I start the software the error as in screenshot occurs.

I have installed the interlock drivers. For Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. This installer is for both 32 and 64 bit Windows.

I have rebooted the machine and tried it again, but still the same error as in the screenshot.

Does anyone have the solution for this problem? I have no more ideas what I can do to run this software. I am having a paid license for MAX.

There was a known issue with the drivers and 64bit computers a year ago, so please check for the software updates to resolve this problem.
 
It would be good if you could check to see if you have installed InterLok drivers only or you have InterLok Client too. The Client could be causing your problems, so try reinstalling the drivers without the InterLok Client.
