I updated my Google Chrome browser to Version 13 yesterday. I started having problems with printing from the internet. I always get the error message “PDF viewer plug-in is disabled” whenever I try to print using the print option from the toolbar.

I hope someone can help me. I really don't know what to do. Thanks!

Hi Ivana,

You may want to check if your PDF viewer is enabled or disabled. You need to go here chrome://plugins and find PDF viewer. If it already says enabled, you can try to disable it then wait for a minute before enabling it back. This usually works.

You may also want to try to check if you have any other plug ins that are causing conflict with your PDF viewer in Google Chrome. The usual culprit is Acrobat reader. So you can try to disable Adobe acrobat reader as well.

You can also use as a workaround, the option to click on Advance and it will print your page.
