I hear your concern regarding this problem. I suggest that you have to uninstall the game and reinstall it. Because you said that it crashed and it has an error.

Go to your control panel and uninstall a program if you are using windows 7 if windows XP Add/Remove the software.

Reinstall it again and also be reminded you have to check if the game software that you installed is compatible to the current operating system. It is always a matter of compatibility and the most common problem on software nowadays.

I hope this will help you a lot.

Hello Gerardo,

To resolve the issue that you're getting, try the following workarounds:

  • You will need to open Steam, and then right click on FM12.
  • After that choose properties, and then local files.
  • You will need to verify integrity of game cache. Make sure that it works well  each time you load the game.
  • Check if lately the loaded as well as IE loaded properly, for the issue might be occurring when you try to switch between the two applications.

Otherwise try going to the following folder location: C:Documents and SettingsAdminApplication DataSports InteractiveFootball Manager 2012,  and then delete then "Cache" from there and see if it will work.

Regards,

Carl
