My computer is good, nothing seen any problem also its software. It is operating normally and doesn't manifest any signs of attack from viruses, spyware nor malware. Until to the point of opening the command, which I was hard time opening it. It doesn't run anymore. I already opened it manually; nothing goes to open rather than ''2 .dll'' registry files. I check the system through anti-virus system and found nothing. I can't recover it anyway since I don't have recovery disk or installation disk. I need to know how to fix it since it is a very important for me its features of windows. Can someone help me?

Error encountered in Command Line Interface

Hi,

Here is another way to let you proceed to the Command Interface; cmd.exe is the most powerful tool in our Microsoft windows system since it's uses many ways of it. Its major purposes makes a lot sense at all. The issue  mainly not running cmd.exe may varies, for some reason some viruses prevent it to run in windows environment to prevent user in deleting manually its virus code and infections. If you checked already that your computer is virus free then your cmd.exe might be corrupted thus prevented by the administrator to run.

By this matter, turn on your administrator to let you from running it. And since you don't have installation disk, you can download the command on the internet and have another one. Or you can copy from a friend using USB, just be sure to delete the one you have that doesn't run anymore. Another thing is using the CHKDSK, this also help a lot from any corrupted files. Just run it under the Command.com and add the parameter/F to fix the error on the disk with the parameter/R that helps find not useful site and retrieve useful information from your disk.
