I have downloaded and installed Acronis True Image Home 2012 trial but I found out that it uninstalled my True Image Home 2010. When trying to install it again, I received an error "E000101F4: Application module error. Cannot find the necessary Acronis True Image Home modules. Please reinstall Acronis True Image Home." I tried again for few times more but failed.

Any suggestions on resolving this error?

"E000101F4: Application module error. Cannot find the necessary Acronis True Image Home modules. Please reinstall Acronis True Image Home."

the registry entries allow only one instance of a home version to be installed and will auto uninstall previous versions.

Make sure that you have rebooted between the uninstallation and the reinstallation. if not, restart the pc and then re-install your old version.

Hello Hitch Anderson,

If you want to install that application then you first need to uninstall all the existing features of the software so that you can install it in a correct way. After that you need to install Revo Uninstaller so that you can delete it completely from your computer. Now you have to install that setup by clicking "Run as Administrator" because setup need access to the desired resource of your computer. So by clicking that option you can give your software complete access to the resources. I hope that after that you will never get that error again. You can get it from below link.

Greetings,

It looks like you are having a problem installing Acronis True Image. You are getting the mentioned message because the system registry entries allow only one version of Acronis True Image Home to be installed. It will auto uninstall previous versions of this program. So what you need to do here is to uninstall all features of the previously installed version and try to install the new version in a correct way. Now you can install that setup and choose "Run as Administrator" because setup need access to the desired resource of your computer.

I hope this helps.
